A. Organiser

This contest is organised by LITNA (M) Sdn. Bhd. [Company Registration No.:202401000448 (1546299D] (“LITNA” or “Organiser”).

This contest is conducted through Litna Ambassador Moon Nila’s TikTok account: @ moonnila__ and the official LITNA TikTok Shop.

B. Campaign Period

All dates and times stated in these Terms & Conditions refer to Malaysia Time (GMT+8). Any purchase made after 9 July 2026 at 10:00 PM will not be counted as part of the contest.

C. Concert Details

Important Event Entry Notes

• Prize tickets are electronic tickets and a valid QR code ticket may be required for entry.
• Winners and attendees may be required to produce the ticket, confirmation email, QR code, identification, and/or other verification documents for admission.
• Winners are responsible for complying with all ticketing terms, event entry requirements, age restrictions, venue rules, and instructions issued by the event organiser, ticketing platform, venue operator, or relevant authorities.
• The Organiser is not responsible for any postponement, cancellation, venue change, seating change, entry refusal, or other matter decided by the event organiser, ticketing platform, venue operator, or relevant authorities.

D. How to Participate

• Join the TikTok LIVE with Moon Nila on 7 July 2026 at 2:30 PM.
• Purchase one (1) LITNA Beauty Combo – SID SRIRAM Special via the official LITNA TikTok Shop during the campaign period.
• The eligible bundle will be identified through the Special Yellow Bag listing in the official LITNA TikTok Shop.
• Each purchase of one (1) eligible combo equals one (1) contest entry.
• There is no limit on purchases. Multiple eligible purchases will result in multiple entries for the winner selection process.
• Only this specific Yellow Bag bundle is eligible. Purchases of other LITNA products, other bundles, Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancelled orders, refunded orders, returned orders, unsuccessful orders, or orders made outside the campaign period will not qualify.
• The RM50 purchase is for the LITNA Beauty Combo product bundle. No separate contest entry fee is charged.

A total of nine (9) winners will be selected. Each winner will receive one (1) pair of SID SRIRAM – Heart & Soul 4.0 Concert tickets.

H. Winner Selection

• All eligible, paid, successful, and verified purchases made from 7 July 2026 at 2:30 PM until 9 July 2026 at 10:00 PM will be compiled into a contest entry list.
• Each eligible purchase of one (1) LITNA Beauty Combo – SID SRIRAM Special equals one (1) contest entry.
• Selected customers will be contacted by the LITNA Team and will be required to answer a question as part of the winner selection process.
• Winners will be announced via LITNA’s official TikTok account.
• Winners may be contacted using the contact details provided in their LITNA TikTok Shop order, including name, phone number, email address, TikTok username, and/or delivery details.
• If a selected winner cannot be contacted after three (3) contact attempts, fails to answer the required question, fails verification, or is found to be ineligible, LITNA reserves the right to forfeit the prize and award the tickets to the next eligible winner.

I. Winner Verification and Response Deadline

• Winners may be required to provide identity and order verification before prize release.
• Winners must respond and provide the required verification details within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of notification.
• If a winner fails to respond within the stated timeframe, fails verification, or is found to be ineligible, LITNA reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select a replacement winner.
• LITNA will not request banking details, passwords, OTPs, or any sensitive account information from winners.

J. Prize Delivery

• Prize tickets will be issued electronically.
• A copy of the ticket may be emailed to the email address provided by the winner and/or delivered through another method determined by LITNA.
• Winners are responsible for ensuring that their name, address, phone number, email address, and other order details are accurate and up to date.
• LITNA is not responsible for any delivery issue, non-receipt, delay, or inability to contact the winner caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated participant details.
• All costs and expenses not expressly stated as part of the prize, including transport, parking, accommodation, meals, and personal expenses, shall be borne by the winner.

K. Eligibility

• This contest is open to Malaysian residents only.
• Participants below 18 years old must obtain consent from their parent or legal guardian before participating.
• Participants and winners must comply with any minimum age, accompaniment, or admission requirements imposed by the event organiser, ticketing platform, or venue operator.
• Employees, directors, and representatives of LITNA, its agencies, partners involved in this contest, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

L. Purchase Eligibility

• Only purchases of the LITNA Beauty Combo – SID SRIRAM Special made via the official LITNA TikTok Shop Yellow Bag listing during the campaign period are eligible.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible.
• Only paid, successful, and verified orders qualify.
• Each eligible combo purchase equals one (1) contest entry.
• Purchases of other LITNA products, other bundles, cancelled orders, refunded orders, returned orders, unsuccessful orders, or orders made outside the campaign period will not qualify.

M. Order Cancellation, Refunds and Returns

• Orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned, unsuccessful, or found to be invalid will be disqualified.
• If a winning order is cancelled, refunded, returned, or found invalid before prize issuance, the winner’s prize will be forfeited.
• LITNA reserves the right to withhold prize delivery until order verification is completed.
• LITNA reserves the right to select a replacement winner if any winner is disqualified, fails verification, fails to respond within the stipulated timeframe, or forfeits the prize.

N. Prize Terms

• Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash, credit, products, or other items.
• Ticket categories are final and cannot be changed, upgraded, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
• LITNA is not responsible for any lost, stolen, duplicated, misused, damaged, or invalidated ticket once issued to the winner, except where caused directly by LITNA’s own error.
• Any attempt to sell, transfer, or misuse the prize may result in disqualification and/or prize forfeiture.

O. Personal Data and Privacy

• By participating in this contest, participants consent to LITNA collecting, processing, and using their personal data, including name, contact number, email address, TikTok Shop order details, delivery information, and TikTok username, for the purpose of verifying entries, contacting winners, announcing winners, fulfilling prizes, fraud prevention, and administering the contest.
• Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws and will only be retained for as long as necessary for contest administration, legal, audit, or operational purposes.

P. Winner Announcement and Publicity

• By participating in and/or accepting the prize, winners agree that LITNA may publish their name, TikTok username, and/or partially masked order details for winner announcement and campaign transparency purposes.
• Example announcement format: “Ahmad A. / @ah**** / Order ID ending 1234”.

Q. TikTok Disclaimer

• This contest is organised solely by LITNA and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, unless otherwise stated.
• Participants are responsible for complying with TikTok’s platform rules, TikTok Shop terms, and any applicable account or transaction requirements.

R. Fraud, Abuse and Disqualification

• LITNA reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any participant or winner suspected of fraud, abuse, false information, duplicate manipulation, suspicious activity, invalid purchases, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or breach of TikTok Shop rules.

S. Changes, Suspension or Cancellation

• LITNA reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the campaign due to unforeseen circumstances, operational issues, platform issues, fraud, abuse, event changes, or events beyond its reasonable control. Any material changes will be communicated through LITNA’s official channels where reasonably practicable.

T. General Terms

• Participation in this contest implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• All decisions made by LITNA in relation to this contest, including eligibility, verification, winner selection, and prize fulfilment, are final. No appeals will be entertained.
• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
• In the event of any inconsistency between campaign communications, advertisements, captions, livestream statements, or other promotional materials and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
